Voices From the Vineyard's African American Community with Linsey Lee

In conjunction with Black History Month, MVM Oral Historian, Linsey Lee will share films and oral history clips from the Museum Collection. View the Shearer Summer Theater and the Bradley Memorial Church, which explore the creation of the summer theater group, the joys and tribulations of being a minister's son, growing up as an African-American in Oak Bluffs, and the sting of racism. Hear audio clips from Vineyarders about JFK's assassination, the Polar Bears, the Cottagers, Dorothy West, and being a Tuskegee Airman in WWII.
